Prisoner met the men returning
from Newport on Monday last
at High Cross He said to them
Stand firm before the soldiers
as he said Frost would be
hanged and they would
be all followed home and
they need not fear as Dr Price
would meet them at Newport
with 5 or 6 field pieces
A carpenter at Wain y vaur Colliery
stood within 2 yards of Pris[one]r
while he spoke. He trembled
& cried
